| Telecommunicator Carol Hill ventured to the
Department of Criminal Justice Training last Sunday for a two day
Enhanced Telecommunications Training class. It is mandatory for
all telecommunicators in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to attend at least
eight hours of telecommunications training, as well as four hours of
LINK/NCIC training. The class chosen by Hill is designed to
enhance the skills of the experience telecommunicator, which includes
practical exercise time that improves caller interview and radio
procedure techniques. |
