Domestic Violence Petitions

The West Liberty Police Department is the entry point for all domestic violence petitions (Emergency Protective Orders/Domestic Violence Orders) in Morgan County.  The WLPD Officers are trained and authorized to assist victims in the emergency protective order application process.  We are also prepared to assist victims with other needs they may have with emergency housing, transportation, medical needs, etc.
