The West Liberty E-911 Center is the only
source in Morgan County to obtain a physical address. Whenever an
individual builds a new house or moves a new mobile home into a lot, a
new physical 911 address is needed. Also, whenever an individual
moves into an existing home they need to know the physical address for
that residence. Once Mapping and Addressing has measured and
obtained the physical address number, the West Liberty E-911 Center updates and maintains
these current physical
addressing for all Morgan County residents. If you don't know
