Trafficking a Controlled Substance 1st Degree

On April 17, 2010 approximately 1600 hours Officers Robbie Perry and Paul
Perkins responded to drug tip. Upon their arrival to reported area Officers
observed an unrestrained individual within a motor vehicle (no seatbelt in use).
As Officers approached the vehicle the occupants attempted to hide their
drugs. However Officers seized 24 Percocet’s and 20 Loratab’s in a
prescription bottle prescribed by a doctor in Jacksonville, Florida , $945
dollars in cash, a small amount of cocaine, and the vehicle which was used to
facilitate the crime. Three
individuals were arrested with 10 related charges as well as the service of
three bench warrants.
Charges included Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence alcohol/drugs 2nd
offense, Possession of Controlled Substance
1st offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st offense,
Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st offense, Prescription Controlled
Substance Not in Proper Container, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st degree
1st offense, Public Intoxication Controlled Substance Excludes alcohol, Public
Intoxication Controlled Substance Excludes Alcohol, Possession of Controlled Substance
1st degree 1st offense Cocaine, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Arrested were Sheena Adkins,
Daniel Whitt, and William Bowman; all reside in the West Liberty area.

proven guilty.
