| Each year, the second full week of April is
dedicated to the men and women who serve as public safety
telecommunicators. Join in us this week, April 11 through April 17,
in celebrating National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week for our
"invisible" heroes for the stressful yet thankless service
they provide each day for the City of West Liberty and Morgan County.
This week, Mayor Jim Rupe and City Council agreed upon and proclaimed
the second week in April as National Public Safety Telecommunicators
Week!!
