On March 4th, 2011, law enforcement officers from the West Liberty Police Department, Morgan County Sheriffs Office and the Kentucky State Police, in a joint operation, set out to serve bench warrants in Morgan County. The individuals targeted in this operation were individuals that have previous drug related and/or theft related charges. Five of these individuals were located and arrested.
