Nabs Three Burglary Suspects;
More
Arrests
to Follow
Three arrest have been made in connection with the January 15th
Burglary of Sandra Duvall’s 1121 West Main Street Apartment. Four Felony and
one Misdemeanor arrest warrants as well as a search warrant have been obtained.
Billy Kennard, John D. Elam, and Sierra Derreberry have been arrested and
charged with Burglary 2nd degree. Two additional individuals
are also charged but have not been apprehended. Mr. Kennard was on
probation for a 2007 Burglary charge, and steps have been taken to have his
probation revoked. These arrests follow an extensive investigation by
Patrolmen Paul Perkins and Michael Haney.
