The final two arrest warrants have been served in connection with the January 15th Burglary of Sandra Duvall's 1121 West Main Street Apartment. Both remaining suspects turned themselves in on Wednesday February 25th 2009. Jaclyn Riffle was charged with Criminal Facilitation and Rodney Derreberry was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree. These arrests follow an extensive investigation by Patrolmen Paul Perkins and Michael Haney. No other arrests are expected, and the individuals charged are awaiting court appearances.
