The City of West Liberty would like to announce Mr. Carl Brandon Walton of Ezel Ky as their newest Policeman.  Carl  is married to Shaylyn Walton and they have a beautiful fourteen month old son named Braydon.  Carl graduated Menifee County High School in 2003 and recently graduated from Morehead State University with a bachelor in Criminology.  He has worked with the Menifee County Sheriff’s Office as a volunteer for the past two years.  Carl will be serving the West Liberty Police Department and upholding all of its values.



The City of West Liberty would like to announce Jonathan Cottle as their new Telecommunication Officers.  Jonathan is a graduate of Morgan County High School and is currently attending Morehead State University .  Jonathan is the son of Bobby S. Cottle of Cottle, Kentucky and Marsha Cox of Zag, Kentucky .  Jonathan will be serving the West Liberty Police Department and upholding all of its values.
