Telecommunicators Paul Henry and Carol Hill, along with Senior
Telecommunicator Jackie Mayberry and CTO Chris Ball, attended Customer
Service In-Service. This year the DOCJT have tried different
ways to bring training to telecommunicators across the state by
allowing in-services to be taken online. Customer Service is a
course that provides information that will allow Kentucky
Telecommunicators to provide more effective customer service.
The curriculum identifies the customers and how to best meet their
special needs. Also, this course is a core course for the Career
Development Intermediate Telecommunicator certificate.
