 Aaron Perkins 27 of Hwy 437 West Liberty and 

Johnny Marvin Taulbee 31 of Wellington KY 

have been arrested and charged with Felony Receiving Stolen Property relating to stolen wheels & tires belonging to Kenneth Scarberry. The wheels were reported stolen from a lot here in West Liberty on 02/12/2008 and recovered the same day by Assistant Chief Lewis.
