Patrolman Tim Smedley
 of the West Liberty Police Department completed the Firearms Instructor Course at the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond, Kentucky on August 28th, 2008.  

The Firearms Instructor Course is a two week course designed to prepare the officer for the duties of firearms instructor.
