Patrolman Sheldon Robby Perry

graduated the Department of Criminal Justice Training 18 week basic training program.  Officer Perry received recognition in physical fitness and flag ceremony detail.  Officer Perry must now successfully complete an eight week field training program before he is allowed solo patrol.

The Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) is a nationally recognized agency that provides state-of-the-art training to law enforcement officers in Kentucky.  It is one of four departments in the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.

The primary mission of the Department of Criminal Justice Training is to provide quality training and improvements to the criminal justice system to advance the delivery of law enforcement services in Kentucky .
