Patrolman Paul Perkins

was awarded the 2007 Governor's Award for the most DUI's within the West Liberty Police Department.  To receive the award, Perkins traveled to Lexington, KY, where he and all other state recipients of the 2007 award were honored with a banquet at the Marriott-Griffin Gate Resort.
