’s E911 Communications Center recently employed Heather Lynn Blair as
a Telecommunicator. Heather was a 2005 graduate of
Morgan
County
High School
and she is currently enrolled at
Morehead
State
University
studying towards an Associate of Applied Business directing toward
Computer Information Systems, she hopes this degree will help her in
pursuing her career right here at home, in
West Liberty
.
Heather is a
Morgan
County
native; she resides here with her husband Brian and her one month old
daughter Alyssa Kayden. Heather is the daughter of Donnie McGuire
of West Liberty and Peggy Stevens-Banks of Sandy Hook.
