Jonathan Cottle completed the three and a half week Telecommunications Basic Academy and a one week LINK/NCIC training through the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond , KY on October 23rd and is now West Liberty Police Department’s newest E-911 Telecommunicator.

Jonathan is the 18 year old son of Bobby Scott Cottle of Cottle, KY and Marsha Cox of Zag, KY. He is a 2009 graduate of Morgan County High and is pursuing a degree in Criminology through Morehead State University .
