attended and completed Cultural Awareness course at the DOCJT in Richmond, KY.  The course addresses the challenges faced by telecommunicators as they serve citizens from very different cultural backgrounds.  It also includes sections on diversity in the workplace and cultural diversity as it relates to ADA.
