On Saturday 04/10/10 around 1120 am a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by Charles Collins 58 of West Liberty collided with a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Beverly Tackett 52 of West Liberty at the intersection of Main Street and Riverside Drive .

Both Tackett and her passenger Selina Ousley 37 of West Liberty sustained injuries and were transported to Morgan County ARH by Morgan County EMS . Collins refused medical treatment at the scene.

Responding to the scene were Officers from the West Liberty Police Department, West Liberty Fire Department and Morgan County EMS personnel.
