CTO Chris Ball Attends Training in Louisville

On Thursday, March 22, 2007, Communication Training Officer Chris Ball traveled to Churchill Downs in Louisville to attend a Department of Homeland Security First Responders and Electronic Crimes Training.  The Electronic Crimes Training was conducted by the Kentucky Electronic Crimes Task Force (KYECTF) and the United States Secret Service.  The training consisted of practices for seizing electronic evidence, legal issues regarding evidence, case scenarios, and digital crime scenes.

"I believe the training was very beneficial.  Statistics show that electronic crimes are on the rise.  It is only a matter of time before electronic and internet crimes hit home.", commented CTO Ball.
